UNTIL MAY 1, 2022, the Town of Lanark’s Building Inspection services are provided by Mike Bembenek (RISE LLC).  Owing to Mr. Bembenek’s retirement, the Town of Lanark has contracted with General Engineering Company and our inspector, as of May 1, 2022, will be

These documents (below) address permit requirements for specific types of projects:

• Site Constructed Dwelling
• Manufactured Dwelling
• Dwelling Addition or Alteration
• Decks
• Accessory Structures
• General Building Permit form

Mr. Bembenek remains as the assigned Inspector for all Building permits issued prior to May 1, 2022 and will follow through on all existing permits until they are complete.
