All land splits, land combinations and all surveys, regardless of size, must be submitted to the Town of Lanark for review and approval. Please review the Town’s Land Split and Survey Map Ordinance  for instructions.

Please print and fill out this Plan Commission Review Request Form for submission to the Town Clerk at least one week in advance of the monthly Plan Commission meeting that you intend to meet with.
